A strict brand guideline. A two-day deadline. One designer.

RSINDIA Family Day was a corporate event produced by the events agency Elementz Network LLP, who brought me on to design it. The catch: everything had to sit inside the client's strict brand guidelines, their colours, their logo rules, their identity, while still feeling like a fun day out for families. I had two days and one brief: stay perfectly on-brand, make it feel like a celebration, and have it print-ready before the clock ran out.

The brief
The brief
A Family Day needed to feel like an event, not an office memo, bright, warm, built for families and kids. But it also had to respect a serious corporate brand's guidelines to the letter. So the work was a balancing act: take a strict identity and make it playful without ever breaking a rule. I built the RSINDIA Family Day event lockup inside the existing brand system, then carried it across everything, main stage, standees, signage, and the digital assets that held the day together.

Working within guidelines
Working within guidelines
The hardest part wasn't design, it was discipline. Every colour, logo placement, and layout had to match the client's brand standards exactly. Tight rules, and the work had to live inside them.

A complete event identity, built inside an established brand's guidelines, designed solo for Elementz Network LLP, and delivered in two days. Sometimes the skill isn't inventing the look. It's respecting someone else's, hitting the deadline and making it sing anyway.
